RESUMEN

Salicornia ramosissima, commonly known as glasswort or sea asparagus, is a halophyte plant cultivated for human consumption that is often referred to as a sea vegetable rich in health-promoting n-3 fatty acids (FAs). Yet, the effect of abiotic conditions, such as salinity and temperature, on the FA profile of S. ramosissima remains largely unknown. These factors can potentially shape its nutritional composition and yield unique fatty acid signatures that can reveal its geographical origin. In this context, samples of S. ramosissima were collected from four different locations along the coastline of mainland Portugal and their FAs were profiled through gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The lipid extracts displayed a high content of essential FAs, such as 18:2n-6 and 18:3n-3. In addition to an epoxide fatty acid exclusively identified in samples from the Mondego estuary, the relative abundance of FAs varied between origin sites, revealing that FA profiles can be used as site-specific lipid fingerprints. This study highlights the role of abiotic conditions on the nutritional profile of S. ramosissima and establishes FA profiling as a potential avenue to trace the geographic origin of this halophyte plant. Overall, the present approach can make origin certification possible, safeguard quality, and enhance consumers' trust in novel foods.

The green tips of Salicornia ramosissima are used for human consumption, while, in a production scenario, the rest of the plant is considered a residue. This study evaluated the potential of incorporating salicornia by-products in diets for juvenile European seabass, partially replacing wheat meal, aspiring to contribute to their valorization. A standard diet and three experimental diets including salicornia in 2.5%, 5% and 10% inclusion levels were tested in triplicate. After 62 days of feeding, no significant differences between treatments were observed in fish growth performances, feeding efficiency and economic conversation ratio. Nutrient digestibility of the experimental diets was unaffected by the inclusion of salicornia when compared to a standard diet. Additionally, salicornia had significant modulatory effects on the fish muscle biochemical profiles, namely by significantly decreasing lactic acid and increasing succinic acid levels, which can potentially signal health-promoting effects for the fish. Increases in DHA levels in fish fed a diet containing 10% salicornia were also shown. Therefore, the results suggest that salicornia by-products are a viable alternative to partially replace wheat meal in diets for juvenile European seabass, contributing to the valorization of a residue and the implementation of a circular economy paradigm in halophyte farming and aquaculture.

Chondrichthyans comprise a diverse group of vertebrate species with extraordinary ecological relevance. Yet, multiple members of this evolutionary lineage are associated with significant extinction risk. The sailfin roughshark Oxynotus paradoxus is a deep-water benthic shark currently listed as vulnerable due to population declines in parts of its range. Here we provide the first complete mitochondrial genome of O. paradoxus, comprising also the first record for the genus and family Oxynotidae. These data can facilitate future monitoring of the genetic diversity in this and related species. Genomic DNA was extracted from O. paradoxus collected in the eastern North Atlantic off western Portugal (37.59°N, 9.51°W) and sent for Illumina Paired-End (2 × 150 bp) library construction and whole genome sequencing on a Novaseq6000 platform. Trimmomatic (version 0.38) was used to remove adapters and MitoZ (version 3.4) to assemble and annotate the mitogenome. This mitogenome with 17 100 bp has a total of 38 genes, 13 of which are protein-coding genes, 23 transfer RNA genes, and 2 ribosomal RNA genes. Eight transfer RNAs and 1 protein-coding gene (NADH dehydrogenase subunit 6, NAD6) are in the complementary strand. In the provided phylogenetic inference, with all available and verified Squalomorphii mitogenomes, the four orders are well separated, and as expected, O. paradoxus is placed in the Squaliformes order. This data reinforces the need for more genomic resources for the Oxynotidae family.

Cartilaginous fish (sharks, rays, and chimeras) comprise the oldest living jawed vertebrates with a mammalian-like adaptive immune system based on immunoglobulins (Ig), T-cell receptors (TCRs), and the major histocompatibility complex (MHC). Here, we show that the cartilaginous fish "adaptive MHC" is highly regimented and compact, containing (i) a classical MHC class Ia (MHC-Ia) region containing antigen processing (antigen peptide transporters and immunoproteasome) and presenting (MHC-Ia) genes, (ii) an MHC class II (MHC-II) region (with alpha and beta genes) with linkage to beta-2-microglobulin (ß2m) and bromodomain-containing 2, (iii) nonclassical MHC class Ib (MHC-Ib) regions with 450 million-year-old lineages, and (iv) a complement C4 associated with the MHC-Ia region. No MHC-Ib genes were found outside of the elasmobranch MHC. Our data suggest that both MHC-I and MHC-II genes arose after the second round of whole-genome duplication (2R) on a human chromosome (huchr) 6 precursor. Further analysis of MHC paralogous regions across early branching taxa from all jawed vertebrate lineages revealed that Ig/TCR genes likely arose on a precursor of the huchr9/12/14 MHC paralog. The ß2m gene is linked to the Ig/TCR genes in some vertebrates suggesting that it was present at 1R, perhaps as the donor of C1 domain to the primordial MHC gene. In sum, extant cartilaginous fish exhibit a conserved and prototypical MHC genomic organization with features found in various vertebrates, reflecting the ancestral arrangement for the jawed vertebrates.

Objetivo: Analisar as evidências científicas em saúde sobre a violência sexual perpetrada contra mulheres negras no Brasil. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa realizada em seis etapas, na qual a busca ocorreu em maio de 2023, nas bases de dados MEDLINE/PubMed, Scopus, Embase e no portal da Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde. A seleção se deu em duas etapas e, para extração das informações, utilizou-se formulário elaborado pelos autores cuja análise dos resultados se deu por meio da análise de conteúdo. Resultados: A partir da análise dos oito estudos emergiram as seguintes categorias: o perfil da violência sexual perpetrada contra mulheres negras; e a interseccionalidade e seus impactos sobre a violência sexual perpetrada contra mulheres negras. As práticas de violência sexual mais perpetradas foram o toque, a manipulação, os beijos forçados e as relações sexuais, com maior prevalência em mulheres jovens negras, que são mais culpabilizadas e responsabilizadas pela sociedade do que as demais. Conclusão: Há uma prevalência da violência sexual contra a mulher negra que, na maioria das vezes, está inserida em condições de vulnerabilidade social. Tendo em vista o racismo estrutural presente na atualidade, faz-se necessário o conhecimento desse tema a fim de promover um melhor atendimento para essas mulheres. Objective: To analyze the scientific evidence in health about sexual violence perpetrated against black women in Brazil. Methods:This is an integrative review carried out in six stages, in which the search took place in May 2023, in the MEDLINE/PubMed, Scopus, Embase databases and in the Virtual Health Library portal. The selection took place in two stages and to extract the information, a form prepared by the authors was used, whose analysis of the results was done through content analysis. Results: From the analysis of the eight studies, the categories emerged: the profile of sexual violence perpetrated against black women and intersectionality and its impacts on sexual violence perpetrated against black women. The most perpetrated sexual violence practices were touching, manipulation, forced kissing and sexual relations, with a higher prevalence in young black women, who are more blamed and held accountable by society than the others. Conclusion: There is a prevalence of sexual violence against black women that, inmost cases, is inserted in conditions of social vulnerability. In view of the structural racism present today, it is necessary to know this theme in order to promote better care for these women. Members of the family Polyomaviridae have a circular double-stranded DNA genome that have been identified in various hosts ranging from mammals to arachnids. Here we report the identification and analysis of a complete genome sequence of a novel polyomavirus, Raja clavata polyomavirus (RcPyV1), from a cartilaginous fish, the thornback skate (Raja clavata). The genome sequence was determined using a metagenomics approach with an aim to provide baseline viral data in cartilaginous fish in different ecosystems. The RcPyV1 genome (4,195 nucleotides) had typical organization of polyomavirus, including early antigens (small T; Large T) encoded on one strand and late viral proteins (VP1; VP2) on the complementary strand. Maximum-likelihood phylogenetic analysis of the large T-antigen revealed that RcPyV1 clusters with a polyomavirus obtained from another cartilaginous fish, the guitarfish polyomavirus 1 (GfPyV1). These two share ~ 56% pairwise identity in LT and VP1 protein sequences. These analyses support the hypothesis that cartilaginous fishes have a specific lineage of polyomaviruses.

Exposure to elevated temperatures during embryogenesis can influence the plasticity of tissues in later life. Despite these long-term changes in plasticity, few differentially expressed genes are ever identified, suggesting that the developmental programming of later life plasticity may occur through the modulation of other aspects of transcriptomic architecture, such as gene network organisation. Here, we use network modelling approaches to demonstrate that warm temperatures during embryonic development (developmental warming) have consistent effects in later life on the organisation of transcriptomic networks across four diverse species of fishes: Scyliorhinus canicula, Danio rerio, Dicentrarchus labrax, and Gasterosteus aculeatus. The transcriptomes of developmentally warmed fishes are characterised by an increased entropy of their pairwise gene interaction networks, implying a less structured, more 'random' set of gene interactions. We also show that, in zebrafish subject to developmental warming, the entropy of an individual gene within a network is associated with that gene's probability of expression change during temperature acclimation in later life. However, this association is absent in animals reared under 'control' conditions. Thus, the thermal environment experienced during embryogenesis can alter transcriptomic organisation in later life, and these changes may influence an individual's responsiveness to future temperature challenges.

The major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is a multigene family responsible for pathogen detection, and initiation of adaptive immune responses. Duplication, natural selection, recombination, and their resulting high functional genetic diversity spread across several duplicated loci are the main hallmarks of the MHC. Although these features were described in several jawed vertebrate lineages, a detailed MHC IIß characterization at the population level is still lacking for chondrichthyans (chimaeras, rays and sharks), i.e. the most basal lineage to possess an MHC-based adaptive immune system. We used the small-spotted catshark (Scyliorhinus canicula, Carcharhiniformes) as a case-study species to characterize MHC IIß diversity using complementary molecular tools, including publicly available genome and transcriptome datasets, and a newly developed high-throughput Illumina sequencing protocol. We identified three MHC IIß loci within the same genomic region, all of which are expressed in different tissues. Genetic screening of the exon 2 in 41 individuals of S. canicula from a single population revealed high levels of sequence diversity, evidence for positive selection, and footprints of recombination. Moreover, the results also suggest the presence of copy number variation in MHC IIß genes. Thus, the small-spotted catshark exhibits characteristics of functional MHC IIß genes typically observed in other jawed vertebrates.

Otolith shape analysis has been one of the most used approaches to study population structure in the past decades. Currently, two sets of shape descriptors are used to perform otolith shape analysis, namely, Elliptic Fourier descriptor (EFd), which focuses on the overall otolith shape differences, and Discrete Wavelet descriptor (DWd), which is sensible to local differences along the otolith contour. Here, the authors conducted a comparative analysis of the performance of both the descriptors in reconstructing the population structure and connectivity patterns in a small pelagic fish species with a wide geographical distribution and fast growth rate, the European sardine Sardina pilchardus (Walbaum, 1792), for the first time. A combination of each otolith shape descriptor and shape indices was explored using multivariate statistical methods. The two otolith shape descriptors showed similar, although limited, overall classification success associated with the population dynamic characteristics of the species. Both descriptors point to migration among adjacent areas, such as northern Atlantic locations, eastern Mediterranean and even across well-defined physical obstacles, such as the Strait of Gibraltar, among Atlantic and western Mediterranean locations. Both descriptors supported the division of the populations of Mediterranean waters into three main groups but slightly differed in the group limits of the Atlantic waters. A comparison of the present results with those from previous otolith shape analysis studies using EFd on a decadal time scale revealed differences in the population structure and connectivity patterns compared to the earlier period. These differences not only may be attributed to changes in environmental variables leading to changes in population dynamics but can also be the result of the sardine biomass sharp decrease that occurred in the past decade.

Salicornia perennis is a halophyte belonging to the botanical subfamily Salicornioideae that forms extensive perennial salt marsh patches. This subfamily has excellent potential, still unexplored, as a source of food, medicine, and phytoremediation. This study aimed to evaluate the lipophilic composition of the Salicornia perennis different organs inhabiting salt marshes of Ria de Aveiro under different stress regimes. For this purpose, the lipophilic content was extracted with hexane and subsequent GC-MS analysis of the extracts for each plant organ, which was collected in three different salt marshes of the Ria de Aveiro. High sugar content was detected in the stems, whereas in fruiting articles, the higher content was in fatty acids. Shorter-chain organic acids were concentrated in the stems and vegetative articles; waxes were detected in greater quantity in photosynthetic organs. More or less stressful environments induce changes in the ratio and composition of molecules, such as acclimatization and oxidative stress reduction strategies; for example, fatty acid content was higher in plants subjected to a higher stress regime. These data contribute to understand the metabolic pathways of the species under study, suggesting new research approaches to its potential as food, medicine, and phytoremediator.

CD4 and LAG-3 are related molecules that are receptors for MHC class II molecules. Their major functional differences are situated in their cytoplasmic tails, in which CD4 has an activation motif and LAG-3 an inhibitory motif. Here, we identify shark LAG-3 and show that a previously identified shark CD4-like gene has a genomic location, expression pattern, and motifs similar to CD4 in other vertebrates. In nurse shark (Ginglymostoma cirratum) and cloudy catshark (Scyliorhinus torazame), the highest CD4 expression was consistently found in the thymus whereas such was not the case for LAG-3. Throughout jawed vertebrates, the CD4 cytoplasmic tail possesses a Cx(C/H) motif for binding kinase LCK, and the LAG-3 cytoplasmic tail possesses (F/Y)xxL(D/E) including the previously determined FxxL inhibitory motif resembling an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibition motif (ITIM). On the other hand, the acidic end of the mammalian LAG-3 cytoplasmic tail, which is believed to have an inhibitory function as well, was acquired later in evolution. The present study also identified CD4-1, CD4-2, and LAG-3 in the primitive ray-finned fishes bichirs, sturgeons, and gars, and experimentally determined these sequences for sterlet sturgeon (Acipenser ruthenus). Therefore, with CD4-1 and CD4-2 already known in teleosts (modern ray-finned fish), these two CD4 lineages have now been found within all major clades of ray-finned fish. Although different from each other, the cytoplasmic tails of ray-finned fish CD4-1 and chondrichthyan CD4 not only contain the Cx(C/H) motif but also an additional highly conserved motif which we expect to confer a function. Thus, although restricted to some species and gene copies, in evolution both CD4 and LAG-3 molecules appear to have acquired functional motifs besides their canonical Cx(C/H) and ITIM-like motifs, respectively. The presence of CD4 and LAG-3 molecules with seemingly opposing functions from the level of sharks, the oldest living vertebrates with a human-like adaptive immune system, underlines their importance for the jawed vertebrate immune system. It also emphasizes the general need of the immune system to always find a balance, leading to trade-offs, between activating and inhibiting processes.

Purpose: Maladaptive personality traits and some psychological functioning indicators have been linked to academic misbehaviour; yet their role is still poorly explored in medical students. This study aims to assess associations of academic misconduct with dark personality traits and psychological well-being. Methods: Five hundred and ninety-one medical students attending the first, third and fifth-year at one Portuguese medical school replied to the Dark Triad Dirty Dozen, Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scales and an original Academic Misconduct Questionnaire, using a cross-sectional design. Multiple linear regression was performed to assess associations. Results: Fifth-year medical students who scored higher in Machiavellianism and psychological well-being and perceived greater peer fraud and lower penalty for cheating reported more academic misconduct. The explanatory power of the model was 16.6%. Machiavellianism showed the strongest associations with cheating, while sex and age were not significant predictors. Conclusion: This study offers relevant insights into how maladaptive personalities influence academic misconduct in medical students, and how this relationship is moulded by psychological and contextual factors. These findings can help guide institutional actions to foster academic integrity in future physicians.

OBJECTIVE: Identify the prevalence and factors associated with dating violence among school adolescents. METHOD: Quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional study, conducted in a state public school in Recife, Pernambuco, in August 2018, with 270 adolescents, aged between 12 and 19 years, from middle and high school. A form was applied with questions about the characterization of the adolescents, the experience of dating relationships, and the Conflict in Adolescent Dating Relationships Inventory. Pearson's chi-square test or Fisher's exact test was used for statistical analysis. RESULTS: The prevalence of physical, sexual, and psychological victimization was 31.9%, 36.4% and 81.8%, respectively. An association was identified between religious affiliation (p = 0.002), sexual orientation of the participants (p = 0.027), and parents' education (p = 0.015) and physical victimization during dating. CONCLUSION: Individual and contextual aspects related to dating violence among adolescents imply the need for the involvement of the school nurse in intersectoral and interdisciplinary health interventions.

Marine life has proved to be an invaluable source of new compounds with significant bioactivities, such as xanthones. This review summarizes the advances made in the study of marine-derived xanthones from 2010 to 2021, from isolation towards synthesis, highlighting their biological activities. Most of these compounds were isolated from marine-derived fungi, found in marine sediments, and associated with other aquatic organisms (sponge and jellyfish). Once isolated, xanthones have been assessed for different bioactivities, such as antibacterial, antifungal, and cytotoxic properties. In the latter case, promising results have been demonstrated. Considering the significant bioactivities showed by xanthones, efforts have been made to synthesize these compounds, like yicathins B and C and the secalonic acid D, through total synthesis.

Curraleiro Pé-Duro (CPD) cattle, a Brazilian local breed, are animals that are highly resistant to infectious and parasitic diseases. Strategies for the conservation of the breed and the genetic resistance to diseases should also consider the characteristics of the breed. The objective of this study was to analyze the diversity and population structure of the CPD breed using microsatellite markers and to correlate the serological profiles for causative agents of brucellosis, leptospirosis, neosporosis, leukosis, infectious bovine rhinotracheitis, and bovine viral diarrhea. DNA samples of 608 bovines were amplified and genotyped using 28 microsatellite markers for breed characterization. The genotypes were assigned to three clusters, indicating a substructure population related to the geographic distance. The observed heterozygosity was lower than that expected in most loci, and fixation index (Fst) in the subpopulation values ranged from 0.03073 (ETH3) to 0.402 (INRA63) on cluster 1, from 0.00 (INRA32) to 0.39359 (INRA63) on cluster 2, and from 0.00 (INRA32) to 0.28483 (TGLA53) on cluster 3. The Brucella spp., Neospora caninum, and Bovine Leukemia Virus frequencies were significantly different (p < 0.05) between clusters. The differences between the occurrences of diseases were not sufficient to indicate a genetic subpopulation with increased resistance to infections.

Chondrichthyans (sharks, rays and chimeras) are a fascinating and highly vulnerable group of early branching gnathostomes. However, they remain comparatively poorly sampled from the point of view of molecular resources, with deep water taxa being particularly data deficient. The development of long-read sequencing technologies enables the analysis of phylogenetic relationships through a precise and reliable assembly of complete mtDNA genomes. The sequencing and characterization of the complete mitogenome of the opal chimera Chimera opalescens Luchetti, Iglésias et Sellos 2011, using the long-read technique PacBio HiFi is presented. The entire mitogenome was 23,411 bp long and shows the same overall content, i.e. 13 protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNA and 2 ribosomal RNA genes, as all other examined Chondrichthyan mitogenomes. Phylogenetic reconstructions using all available Chondrichthyan mitogenomes, including 11 Holocephali (chimeras and ratfishes), places C. opalescens within the Chimaeridae family. Furthermore, the results reinforce previous findings, showing the genus Chimera as paraphyletic and thus highlighting the need to expand molecular approaches in this group of cartilaginous fishes.

Introduction: Toll like receptors (TLRs) are at the front line of pathogen recognition and host immune response. Many TLR genes have been described to date with some being found across metazoans while others are restricted to specific lineages. A cryptic member of the TLR gene family, TLR15, has a unique phylogenetic distribution. Initially described in extant species of birds and reptiles, an ortholog has been reported for cartilaginous fish. Methods: Here, we significantly expanded the evolutionary analysis of TLR15 gene evolution, taking advantage of large genomic and transcriptomic resources available from different lineages of vertebrates. Additionally, we objectively search for TLR15 in lobe-finned and ray-finned fish, as well as in cartilaginous fish and jawless vertebrates. Results and discussion: We confirm the presence of TLR15 in early branching jawed vertebrates - the cartilaginous fish, as well as in basal Sarcopterygii - in lungfish. However, within cartilaginous fish, the gene is present in Holocephalans (all three families) but not in Elasmobranchs (its sister-lineage). Holocephalans have long TLR15 protein sequences that disrupt the typical TLR structure, and some species display a pseudogene sequence due to the presence of frameshift mutations and early stop codons. Additionally, TLR15 has low expression levels in holocephalans when compared with other TLR genes. In turn, lungfish also have long TLR15 protein sequences but the protein structure is not compromised. Finally, TLR15 presents several sites under negative selection. Overall, these results suggest that TLR15 is an ancient TLR gene and is experiencing ongoing pseudogenization in early-branching vertebrates.

RESUMEN

The Atlantic chub mackerel, Scomber colias (Gmelin, 1789), is a medium-sized pelagic fish with substantial importance in the fisheries of the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. Over the past decade, this species has gained special relevance, being one of the main targets of pelagic fisheries in the NE Atlantic. Here, we sequenced and annotated the first high-quality draft genome assembly of S. colias, produced with PacBio HiFi long reads and Illumina paired-end short reads. The estimated genome size is 814 Mbp, distributed into 2,028 scaffolds and 2,093 contigs with an N50 length of 4.19 and 3.34 Mbp, respectively. We annotated 27,675 protein-coding genes and the BUSCO analyses indicated high completeness, with 97.3% of the single-copy orthologs in the Actinopterygii library profile. The present genome assembly represents a valuable resource to address the biology and management of this relevant fishery. Finally, this genome assembly ranks fourth in high-quality genome assemblies within the order Scombriformes and first in the genus Scomber.

ABSTRACT Objective Identify the prevalence and factors associated with dating violence among school adolescents. Method Quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional study, conducted in a state public school in Recife, Pernambuco, in August 2018, with 270 adolescents, aged between 12 and 19 years, from middle and high school. A form was applied with questions about the characterization of the adolescents, the experience of dating relationships, and the Conflict in Adolescent Dating Relationships Inventory. Pearson's chi-square test or Fisher's exact test was used for statistical analysis. Results The prevalence of physical, sexual, and psychological victimization was 31.9%, 36.4% and 81.8%, respectively. An association was identified between religious affiliation (p = 0.002), sexual orientation of the participants (p = 0.027), and parents' education (p = 0.015) and physical victimization during dating. Conclusion Individual and contextual aspects related to dating violence among adolescents imply the need for the involvement of the school nurse in intersectoral and interdisciplinary health interventions.


RESUMEN Objetivo Identificar prevalencia y factores asociados a la violencia en el noviazgo entre adolescentes escolares. Método Estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo, transversal, realizado en una escuela pública estatal, en Recife, Pernambuco, en agosto de 2018, con 270 adolescentes, con edades comprendidas entre 12 y 19 años, de primaria y secundaria. Se aplicó un formulario con preguntas sobre la caracterización de los adolescentes, la experiencia de las relaciones amorosas y el Inventario de conflictos en las relaciones íntimas de los adolescentes. Para el análisis estadístico se utilizó la prueba de chi-cuadrado de Pearson o la prueba exacta de Fisher. Resultados La prevalencia de victimización física, sexual y psicológica fue de 31,9%; 36,4% y 81,8%, respectivamente. Se identificó una asociación entre afiliación religiosa (p = 0,002), orientación sexual de los participantes (p = 0,027) y educación de los padres (p = 0,015) con la victimización física durante el noviazgo. Conclusión Los aspectos individuales y contextuales relacionados con la violencia en el noviazgo entre adolescentes implican la necesidad de la participación de la enfermera escolar en intervenciones de salud intersectoriales e interdisciplinarias.

Método: estudo quantitativo, descritivo, transversal, realizado em uma escola pública estadual, no Recife, Pernambuco, em agosto de 2018, com 270 adolescentes, entre 12 e 9 anos, do ensino fundamental e médio. Aplicou-se formulário com questões sobre a caracterização dos adolescentes e vivência de relações no namoro, como também o Inventário de Conflitos nos Relacionamentos Íntimos de Adolescentes. Utilizou-se o teste Qui-quadrado de Pearson ou o teste exato de Fisher para análise estatística. Resultados: as prevalências de vitimização física, sexual e psicológica foram 31,9%, 36,4% e 81,8%, respectivamente. Identificou-se associação entre a filiação religiosa (p=0,002), orientação sexual dos participantes (p=0,027), escolaridade dos pais (p=0,015) e a vitimização física no namoro. Conclusão: aspectos individuais e contextuais relacionados à violência no namoro entre adolescentes implicam na necessidade do envolvimento da enfermeira escolar em intervenções intersetoriais e interdisciplinares em saúde.
